Ken Rutherford

My name is Ken Rutherford and alongside my wife Judith Rutherford, I have lived in Castle Cove for over 35 years.

I am a Sydney University Engineering Graduate and have experience working both in Australia and Oversees.

I have been actively involved in community activities in Castle Cove, as Secretary of the Progress Association, Founding member of the Community Fire Unit and Executive member of Neighbourhood watch.

I represent State Members, Gladys Berejiklian and Jonathan O'Dea for Willoughby and Davidson on Willoughby Council’s Traffic Committee.

I am excited to support Sarkis Mouradian as I strongly believe that he has the experience and drive to best represent the interest of our community.

Stephen Armbrister

My name is Stephen Armbrister and I fully support Sarkis Mouradian who is seeking election, as a councilor, to Willoughby City Council. 

My wife Liz and I have lived in the local area since 1992. Both of our children were educated at Castle Cove Public School in their primary school years.

I retired from QANTAS Airways in 2019 after 35 years service. Prior to that I spent 10 years in the RAAF.

I am passionate about our wonderful foreshores and reserves. We have a close community which I would like to continue through thorough consultation and review of future development proposals.

Having known Sarkis since 2003, we have a shared passion for our local community, and I believe we will be very well represented should he be elected. 

Elisabeth Hing

My name is Elisabeth Hing and I have been a Willoughby local for 32 years. 

Professionally I worked for Cancer Council NSW as a Health Coach working with people who had finished their cancer treatment and wanted to make lifestyle changes. I stopped work in July 2019 and have since been focusing on my family.

Over the years I have also been involved in volunteering and advocacy around cancer related issues.

I feel the time has come for a New Vision in our local area and therefore I am supporting Sarkis Mouradian to be elected to Willoughby Council as our local member. I believe Sarkis will be a voice for all of us who live in the City of Willoughby.
